After Friar Lawrence seeing both of them dead, he ends up running away from the scene but later gets caught. He knows that he's responsible for all of the tragedies that had occurred and that's why he runs away. If he didn't run away, he wouldn't look so guilty for the cause of their death. He then explained the reasons for their deaths and was punished by the king.
In conclusion, Friar Lawrence is responsible for Romeo and Juliet's for plenty of reasons. He foreshadowed their deaths, a loud them to get married at such a young age, he knew that conflict would occur if they did get married, and he tried running away after seeing them both dead. All of those reasons prove that he is guilty for their deaths and there isn't anything else that proves otherwise.
