I disagree with year round school because it doesn’t benefit the students or teachers. Year round school does not allow three-month summer break which enhances what students have learned over the nine months. Year round school is a bad idea because students can’t get a summer job, kids don’t get a long summer break, and teachers don’t have time to prepare for the next school year.
When students go to year round schools they don’t have that much of a break so they can’t get part time summer jobs. Students would just get shorter breaks scattered through the calendar year. Having a summer job teaches student’s responsibility and it helps them prepare for when they have real life jobs out of school. With jobs students understand that you don’t get a free pass in life and you have to work for money since it doesn’t just grow on trees.

I think this because with year round schools I wouldn’t be able to have a long summer break and spend time with my friends and family as much as I would like to. With year round school’s students wouldn’t be able to take in all the knowledge as nine-month school people. This may happen because students that go to year round schools could go a little bit crazy since they don’t have that time to relax and just be out of school for a while. So this means that year round school is a bad idea for children to go to school the whole year.
