Exercise, or lack thereof, has resulted in in 25% of all U.S. children being overweight. Exercising is a vital part of any person's life. It is difficult for adults to be able to get started and continue on with this lifestyle but, even more so for teenagers. There are often times when teens are trying to make a difference in their bodies, but don’t have the motivation to get started in a way that would encourage them to continue. There are many physical and mental effects of exercise that exemplify the reasons as to why teens should exercise more and the various health benefits of this practice.
