The ability of a women to have control of her body is critical to civil rights. Pregnancy can occur even with the most responsible women that use any type of birth control can end up pregnant. In case of rape or incest, many women are afraid to speak up so they end the pregnancy, thus the morning after pill is ineffective in these situations, because they think that an abortion is a crime. By law, babies doesn’t have rights in till they have their first cry. Meaning that a fetus doesn’t have rights, and having an abortion is not a crime or a murder.
