1.Do you or do you not believe in the findings of this report?

I do not believe in the findings of this report. It’s a little too cookie cutter for me. My main problem is that Officer Wilson is absolved from killing Brown. Wilson did not have to use lethal force on Brown. I believe this situation could have been handled differently from the beginning. Wilson could apprehended Brown and Witness 101 without incident. I believe tactically approaching them in your SUV, while they're on foot was all wrong. Wilson got into a physical confrontational with Brown which led to Wilson firing off two rounds in the SUV. Brown ran and Wilson pursued. When Brown stopped running and turned around to confront Wilson, Wilson had a chance to shoot Brown in a non-lethal manner which would of subdued Brown. From the onset no one told Mike Brown to steal and bully his way out a convenience store, he allegedly took a box of Swisher Sweet cigars worth $48.99 that I believe was the first problem. What would you need to do this, and if it was a robbery why was witness 101 unaware? The second problem I see in this series of events is the manner in which Officer Wilson approached Brown and witness 101 in the middle of the road. Wilson knew these young men were possible robbery suspects from the convenient store robbery that had taken place earlier, because he had contacted the responding officers, to ask if they needed back up. They responded no, and by time they arrive the suspects had already fled the scene. Officer Wilson tried to apprehend these men not because he believed they were the perpetrators in the recent robbery, but because they were walking in the middle of the road.
