Ms. Adams advised Michelle Manson is in possession of her white HTC cellular telephone and has continuously refused to return it to her after repeated requests to do so.

Ms. Adams stated Michelle Manson was in a vehicle with her son Shaun McDaniel who was in possession of the cellular telephone when he was arrested on 10/31/2015. She said her son told her he asked the arresting deputy to retrieve his wallet and the cellular telephone from the vehicle and place them into property at the jail for safe keeping.
