INTRODUCTION
An adult skeletal system, there are 206 bones. Each of the bone has its own function on the parts of human body. But, the presence of skeletal system is important in providing structural support for the body and provide protection to the vital or important organs such as heart, lung, brain and others. Furthermore, the skeletal system can provide an environment for marrow which is a site for blood cells production and this system will act as minerals store such as calcium.

There are parts of human skeletal system that has higher tendency to facture due to osteoporosis. Firstly, osteoporosis in femur usually happened at the neck of the femur. The neck of femur fractured due to osteoporosis happened when the person age is around seventies or eighties. From the decrease in the bone density, with just a little fall can cause the fracture. In addition, there is also a fracture in vertebral or it is called as vertebral compression. Vertebrae of the spine are primarily composed of spongy bone that will lead to fracture in the vertebrae. This type of fracture usually occur at the lumbar or thoracic areas of the spine. Bon s are compressed because of their reduced in strength. At least, one out of three women and one out of five men over the age of fifty around the world will agonize an osteoporotic fracture. As our life expectancy increases, the proportion of the population suffering osteoporotic fractures increases too. The study about the osteoporosis, definition of the clinical condition, its epidemiology, signs and symptoms , its impact on the society and the structure involved in the disease and its changed from the normal bone is conducted to give awareness to the public. Therefore there is a list important methods that should be followed to prevent osteoporosis from young. The prevention methods for enhancing bone formation is by doing regular weight-bearing exercise such as walking. Next, eat a diet that contains enough calcium usually come from dairy foods, vegetables, and fish. In addition, exposure to the sunlight each day or take vitamin D supplement will help prevent this disease. Next, avoid smoking and drinking alcohol excessively are one of the significance ways to prevent it. Last but not least, frequently ask or has a medical check-up and know the health of the bone
