Colleges are contemplating whether or not to pay college athletes. Those who support paying college athletes believe strongly that these student-athletes are working just as hard as the vast majority of professional athletes. Supporters of ‘pay for play’ feel that student-athletes also have the added stress of balancing daily practices and multiple games with attending classes and other school-related responsibilities.
