As a certified health coach, I strive to have a holistic approach to health, fitness, and general wellness. What this means is that together we explore all aspects of your life, how they are connected, and how they affect your everyday living.

I will ask you a number of questions like, “Does stress from whatever source cause you to reach for a snack or a sweet, and you end up overeating? Is food the answer to all your stress? If yes, what can we do to change that? What do you do when you have not had enough sleep and are low on energy? Do you exercise to boost your energy levels or do you not exercise at all in such circumstances?”

My goal as a certified health coach is to empower my clients to be self-aware and make their own decisions from a position of strength not weakness. Regardless of what the experts say, nobody knows us as well as we know ourselves. We may not be aware of all that has happened and we may have forgotten how well we know ourselves and how much power that gives us to control our reactions to circumstances.

So, what is your definition of total well-being for yourself? Do you have a vision for that? If you do, great; that will be our starting point. If not, I’ll help you find it and the journey will begin. Again, I have no intention of dictating what you should eat and when you should exercise. We will work together to discover what foods work for you, what exercise plan is good for you, and how to get to your desired destination health wise.
