Others explain that cheerleading is not a sport because cheerleaders are used to, "cheer on others who were actually playing sports" so how can that sort of cheerleading really be a sport because what are they competing in? Cheerleaders are known for looks and keeping everyone into the game regardless of they are doing good or not, no other sports are known for their physical appearance, they are known for their athleticism and competitive drive. It is also stressed that some do not think cheerleading is a sport because they do not agree that cheerleaders actually work hard and do "dangerous" stunts and tumbling passes. Not saying that they do not think cheerleading is hard, but simply just that they do not believe that it is as difficult as cheerleaders stress it to be. Other sports like: football, baseball, and soccer constantly are striving do better their athletic drive by having intense practices, conditioning, and training to be better than before and people only see cheerleaders to do the same stunts and routines over and over
