In Romeo and Juliet, by Shakespeare, there is a love story between two teenagers which ends in a tragedy because their parents won’t approve a marriage. In today’s world, most people get to choose their partner, however parents have an idea of what this person should consist of. I also have an idea of who I will marry, although it differs from some of my parents’ ideas.
My husband needs to have many traits so we can live a happy life together. He needs to be determined and intelligent, so he can depend on himself. Additionally, my husband needs to be compassionate, loving, caring, and loyal to me and his family as a father. As a spouse, my husband needs to be stable but also a sturdy part of a family. Moreover, as my companion, he needs to be strong, honest, and humorous to have an optimistic and enjoyable life. My partner will be the person I love and spend my life with and it is important that we truly are the right people for each other.
