The story starts of at a few miles out of Soledad, California. There was two men who got dropped off from a highway. George Milton And Lennie Small. George is a small guy with sharp, strong features, quick and smart. On the other hand, Lennie is a tall person, with large pale eyes and arms that hung loosely. They were trying to find a farm to work at to buy a new house. While they were walking, they found a river and George drank from the water. George told Lennie not to drink the water because it wasn’t running at all. Then after stopping by the river, they continued walking and George found a mouse, he oet it and it died.
