Of mice and men is a story about friendship, innocence, and hope. It teaches us a lot of true friendships, the innocence that shows a good heart, and some hope that will never make you give up. Lennie and George are the main true topics of the story. Lennie and George had true friendship with each other. George is very smart with less strength, while Lennie has very slow mind but he’s the strongest person alive. Both of them are bonded together. George keeps Lennie with him, even though he could’ve been ahead in life if he left him, so he had all the money and food to himself. But he wouldn’t do that. Both had each other’s backs, if Curley tried to fight Lennie, George would encourage him to fight back and defend himself. The book showed unbelievable
