Bunny asked questions the provoked some harsh response but you could tell that most of the kids if not all of them enjoyed letting Bunny in on their street game. Bunny then proceeds to ask the children “Can you sit down and write the laws to your thing”? (36:14) Naymond’s initial response is “Hell yeah I’ll do it right now” (36:15). But then Bunny made it interesting by saying “No I’m talking about can yall do it together” (38:18). After Colvin made this statement, there was a silence and blank stare that filled the room. Bunny, Mrs. D and Parenti come up with the idea to let the kids get groups and complete a model and proposed an ultimatum to completing the project, a dinner wherever the children so pleased. Colvin makes a statement in regards to the project, “Now you say yall can work together on the corner, well what about this” (27:35). By allowing the children to participate in this activity allows for them to use the bonding and social skills that they perform on the street and place them into a classroom setting. I believe this program is helping these children tremendously. By them engaging in this project allows for most of them to build friendships, bonds, and a sense of trust within one another. Throughout this activity I think the main idea is to help the children to realize that you need to
