Culture economy is defined as a product, service, and establishment which is symbolic to education and entertainment (Grodach, 2010). In Australia, the culture economy is seen through creative industries which are defined through marketing, architecture and designs, advertising and different entertainment aspects including television, film, radio, music, writing, books, media, performing and multi-media development (OECD, 2014). The good and services which have meaning and value to consumers are high compared to the functional purposes (Scott, 2004). According to Bourdieu in 1971 the sectors which are outputted help give a social and a symbolic meaning to individuals and the economy (Scott, 2004). The collection of different industries focusing on entertainment, learning, and information which helps form individuality, social display and self-affirmation which help produce products, businesses and employment which helps increase the global market and economy (Scott, 2004).
