Babysitting seemed to come naturally to me. When I turn thirteen, I started volunteering at my church's preschool, teaching the little ones about loving one another. It was then that I realized teaching is what I am called to do with my life. Not as a teacher in a regular classroom with textbooks and lectures but as a dance teacher in a studio. I want to create a positive atmosphere where children can explore their bodies though moving art and tap into the part of them that does not always get to be seen in everyday activities. At the moment I teach basic ballet to six to eight year-olds at Northern California Dance Conservatory.
