He took the extra time to sit and discuss the symptoms I had been experiencing. He seemed as if he honestly cared about the symptoms I was experiencing. He acted on the information I provided him with and sent me for blood work. My blood work was taken in the lower level of their office and the phlebotomist was gentle and made the experience as comfortable as possible but she was not very social but that was ok because not everyone is super chatty.”
• “Two days after (fairly quick) the RN contacted me with my result which I had been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I was put on thyroid hormone medicine, which was very effective and I began feeling like myself again.
