As a global citizen, I have had multiple situations where faced with an ethical dilemma, the most memorable of which was an incident at work where a co-worker stole a piece of forgotten jewelry left by a guest. This incident occurred at my summer internship at Salamander Resort and Spa. It was just another average work day when the incident occurred. Just the thought of having a bad reputation should discourage any intolerable behaviors by employees. Personally I strive to have strong integrity, be trustworthy, and be responsible for my actions. I will use this experience as a learning lesson never to do what the housekeeper did.
