I believe some of it can be changed although, I do not believe you get rid of all that as individuals are all different and so to refuse with the company policies to allow women to have a successful time in the workforce without harassment or other discrimination based on pregnancy or having children. With regards to them with promotions I also believe there’ll be more the boys club that they’ll have to hurtle over in order to receive the promotion that they deserve.
