Healthcare system: is a system that established to keep save of people health, killing harm microorganism that causing disease, and fight disease by different methods.
Methods to treatment disease:
1-treat by drugs.
2-treat by chemotherapy.
3-treat by radiotherapy.
One of the most dangerous disease that can cause death is hepatitis B.
Hepatitis B: is caused by (HBV), and it is an infectious disease.
It is can development and caused liver damage or liver cancer.
How (HBV) transmission:
Body fluid such as:
1-Saliva by kissing or use a toothbrush for someone infected.
2- Semen by sexual contact.

4-be careful for change needles not only for HBV but to protect from another infection too.
5-gives vaccine for the staff to protect them too.
6-remove the needles and tools for HBV positive person by the right way.
7-Outbreak measures for HBV: Registration boards should be consulted in relation to their policies regarding healthcare workers with blood viruses.
Michelle's life:
Michelle was HBV positive and she found this when she was doing a routine blood test for her first pregnancy, after she found that she did the test for three times, the hospital took what they have and ask Michelle's husband to do this test also, the result of Michele husband was negative, but the result of Michelle's mom was positive and also the result of her untie, so the hospital found that this family had HBV in their history then they found that Michele's grandfather are dead because of HBV, in this case, the HBV was transmission heredity, after michelle delivered her baby the hospital vaccinated the baby within 12 hours, now michelle have three babies and none of them is HBV positive.
