The human body is the most complex body in the world. To prevent and cure illnesses, researchers imitate the human body to perform testing by using animals. The body is so complex that no other system can compare to it, even animals (Pycroft, Martson 1). Although animal testing brings more medical advancements, it practices cruel, inhumane behavior to animals. In order to fully understand animal testing it is important to know the background information, the treatment the animals are receiving from researchers, how research is unreliable when using living things, and the future animal testing holds. Animal testing is cruel, unnecessary, and inaccurate.
