In the past Julius Caesar was someone who had many accomplishments. Throughout his lifetime he has been through plenty. With in time things weren’t easy growing up, going to the military, and finally his death. Gaius Julius Caesar was born in Rome July 12 100 BCE (“Gaius Julius Caesar”). Julius Caesar was someone who grew up in a family who did not have any wealth. By the time he turned sixteen Julius Caesar father had past away which meant that he had to become head of his family (“Julius Caesar”). This was something big because he had to have a major step up in his teenage years. For the benefit of his family Julius had to call off his engagement to a common girl so he can marry a patrician named Cornelia (“Julius Caesar”). After being exiled at this time, Julius had left to go join the army and had once returned after the death of Sulla(“Julius Caesar Biography”). As his return to Rome things have changed his wife Cornelia has passed away and he has been elected military tribune (“Julius Caesar”). Through the time of Julius Caesar being in the military he has gone a long way by winning battles and even dictating (“Julius Caesar”). On March 15, 44 BC Julius Caesar was murdered at the base of Pompey’s statue by politicians in which this was plotted by Gaius Cassius Longinus and Marcus Junius Brutus (“Julius Caesar”). He was stabbed 23 times in which it was said that only two of the stabs would be fatal (“Julius Caesar Biography”). People were starting to believe that Julius power was starting to get in over his head which they weren't to fond of.
