In Model Senate’s portrayal of the 114th Congress, I was elected to serve as Minority Leader Harry Reid. Before the Senate session, I strategized for the Democratic Party, helped student Senators prepare for debate, reviewed bills to give guidance on suggested party line voting, and worked with Republican Party leadership to set the committee calendars.
