Well, look no further, I’m about to tell you how. Quick naps are the way to go, this is how you are going to get the most effective use from the nap, keep it around a half an hour (Harvard Medical School, 2009). Also, you can plan this out; don’t wait until you’re so tired you can function anymore, find a quiet and comfortable place for yourself and get to napping (National Sleep Foundation, 2013). This is very important not to hold out until complete exhaustion because; many motor vehicle accidents are caused by drowsy drivers (National Sleep Foundation, 2013). Also, don’t nap too close to bedtime, because you do not want to affect your internal time clock and throw off your whole sleep schedule (National Sleep Foundation, 2013). All of these are very important if you are going to find yourself taking a nap in the near future, some of it common knowledge, but still good to have for later
