An outstanding teacher must look beyond the child's disability, struggle, or adversity. He/she must see the gold within the student, and be able to pull that out of them. An outstanding teacher also has the ability to take time out of their busy schedule to help the student. He/she will differentiate the information for the student, so they are improving their learning, not falling behind. Finally, an outstanding teacher will be able to incorporate fun, engaging, and exciting lessons so the students are excited to come to school to learn. All of these things what make a teacher
