I know now that even though it maybe unconsciously, but my Worldviews influence my decision making and everyone around me. Although, this is a new realization for me, specifically, after taking this class, but I feel most of us have never really give it a thought what our worldviews were, where they came from, how they influence us or why they might be helpful to be aware of our worldviews – that we each have one, what our own worldviews are, what the worldview of others might be. So, in a common voyage, how we all see the circumstances, the issues or the events, might take us further, far beyond our imagination. It could be that we may bring ourselves to the point where we are more compassionate to the entire situation, where we can motivate others to an abundant space where we can all discover, do and be more, especially in a leadership capacity.
My worldview offers an easy, graceful, defined method to observing independent and shared presumptions, conviction and merit systems with interest, concern and permissive.
