A personal worldview is something that could help answer life’s greatest questions such as “What is the nature of God, the universe, and man”, or “What is the basis of ethics and morality, the cause of evil and suffering?”, or “The meaning of history and what happens at death?” The answers to these questions affect the way man perceives his world. The nature of God is infinite, but at the same time personal. The infinite part is holy, transcendent, and eternal. God is holy because he is without sin and perfect in every way. God is transcendent; therefore, he is beyond anything anyone could ever imagine. God is eternal; he will never die. “The eternal God is your refuge.” (Deuteronomy 33:27) God is personal. He is loving. “He is my loving God and my fortress.” (Psalm 144:2) God cares for everyone. As 1 Peter 5:7 encourages, “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” God was not created; He was, is, and always will be. The universe, however, He created. …show more content…
People only get into heaven if they have fully committed themselves to Christ. Once they get there, they will see God in all His holiness. God will be there reigning over all. “The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp” (Revelation 21:23). The streets will be made of gold and it will more beautiful than anyone could ever imagine. There will be no sadness or anger; everyone will always be happy. The people who go to hell are the ones who do not believe in God or reject him. Revelation 21:8 says, “But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” Satan will be in hell, bringing sadness, fear, and misery to all people and demons there.
