Example of Supervision Experience In my role as a team leader, I help supervise and facilitate a group of educators during our professional development time to organize a behavior matrix and grading policy for 6th graders.. I facilitated regular meetings to discuss progress, delegated tasks based on individual strengths, and ensured that everyone felt heard and valued. Example of Dealing with Conflict During a team meeting, tensions arose between two colleagues regarding different teaching methodologies. Instead of allowing the conflict to escalate, I helped facilitate a respectful dialogue where both parties could express their perspectives and concerns. Through active listening and compromise, we reached a consensus that honored both viewpoints and ultimately strengthened our team.
