My philosophy of leadership is to sacrifice one’s self. Leader must not dominate the group or community, but we must support others. When we need to work hard and sacrifice our time, it can be hard not to show off what we have done as leaders because we want to be recognized and appreciated. However, good leaders support the group and the people, regardless of recognition or appreciation from others. Additionally, leader should not have authority.
