Native Americans are three times as likely to die. Black people were more than two and a half times more likely. Furthermore, Hispanics were 29% more likely to die than whites (BMJ). This is something that should not have existed. Police consider persons of color to be a threat. Why do you need to be a member? The hue of our skin does not define us. We are all equal, yet this does not always appear to be the case. Even if the law says we're equal, people of color are nonetheless falsely accused and mistreated. Because police violence exists, we can never fully be equal, it would also endanger individuals of color on a daily basis. Police brutality endangers not just the lives of people of color, but also their physical health (Smith). When people of color engage with police, they are more likely to sustain injuries. This is significant because if white individuals have a confrontation with the police, they will sustain minimal to no harm. If it isn't racist, the nature of this phenomenon remains uncertain. The cops swore an oath to serve and protect. Hunting individuals just because of the color of their skin breaches that oath and their
