Play known as the way we do things, is loved by all, children enjoy and thrive on it, but the importance is often lost in educational documents, particularly The Curriculum for Excellence (CFE) for children in Scotland. Play is special, crucial and essential for a young child as often referred to as a child’s work as they put an astonishing amount of time and energy into play.
