When you were small you though that anyone could be president but unfortunately not, here are some of the requirement that would make you a great presidential candidate. The constitutional requirements for being a presidential candidate is to be born in the United states, or if you have been a resident for fourteen years or more you are eligible to be a presidential candidate but if you're just a resident in the U.S.A you do not qualify to be a candidate, you have to be legally born in the United States of America. To be able to be a candidate in order to the president of the U.S.A you have to be at least 35 years of age. All of these qualification are the same for women and they’re free to run as president and have the same rights as a male …show more content…
Since 2008 we had 8 democrats, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Johnny Edwards, William Richardson, Chris Dodd, Joe Biden, Dennis Kucinich, Mike Gravel. The republicans candidates where; Rudy Giuliani,Mike Huckabee, John McCain, Mitt Romney,Fred Thompson,Ron Paul,Duncan Hunter. All of these candidates has promise to make the U.S.A a better country, Barack Obama was elected to be the president and after 4 years he was re elected once again, due to the fact that you could only be president for no more than 8 years. Candidates are running now to be the new president of the united state being only 3 democratic party's ; Former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Former Governor Martin O'Malley,US Senator Bernie Sanders. Our Republican party are; Former Governor Jeb Bush, Dr. Ben Carson, Governor Chris Christie, US Senator Ted Cruz, Businesswoman Carly Fiorina, Former Governor Jim Gilmore,US Senator Lindsey Graham, Businessman Donald Trump,Former US Senator Rick Santorum, US Senator Marco Rubio, US Senator Rand Paul, Former Governor George Pataki Governor John Kasich, Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee.
