Introduction

This essay defends the principal model of federalism and points of weakness of state autonomy.
The beginning introduction here is a collection of thoughts and notes about this essay, Towards the end of this introduction I will go over a basic argument about federalism and we will move onto the next section.I have included that so we can get into the meat of the paper without having to go over that argument every time.

This clause is the base of the government we want to set up. This clause assures the government that the states will not be making foreign affairs or withholding their militia in a time of need. This also means that states can't just go and attack each other. It assures their be peace unless there has been separation for the union and war has been declared on that certain state. It also assures that no faction arsin can't override the peoples beliefs.

He seemed to change parties whenever it helped him climb the political ladder.
