What role do you play in a team? Do others ask you for help specifically?
How long have you been attending school? Are you timely? How do others feel about your presence?
When feelings are on the fly at times, how do you approach a sensitive subject and carry out the task of solving a problem? With a calm, welcoming environment?
Work Ethic? Do you carry a genuine ability to always carry a good work ethic? No matter what your personal situation is outside of work?
Are you punctual? In your past 4 years of schooling, were you almost never late? If you are on time you are late, if you are early, you are on time.
Are you constantly on the search for ways that you can improve your work abilities?
Do you often take on more responsibilities then you are assigned to?

If someone needed help we would turn to each other in order to solve the difficulty. I have been educated about video game production in my 4 years of schooling, and I always make sure my team’s needs are attended to in a timely manner, and my presence contributes to the happiness and refreshment shared at the end of the day. In my team project class, my directness toward a sensitive subject avoids a tense room, remains calm, and creates a welcoming environment when carrying out the task of solving a problem. I offer assistance in performing extra work to lighten the burden for my teammates that are struggling with a tedious process. I have a genuine impulse to always carry a strong work ethic and dedication.
To describe my 15 minute window with punctuality, I always say, "If you are early, you are on time. If you are on time, you are late. My constant personal exploration process for ways to improve my work abilities often result in taking on more work responsibilities than I am assigned to.
