The reason is college students are trying to have jobs while going to school. So, when the job doesn’t want to work around the student’s schedule it becomes tough or when the student’s grades are being affected it tends to stress the student out causing them to drop out. From research, first generation college students had the most trouble with college because the students’ parents either didn't attend college or did attend but didn't finish, and they’re not familiar with the

A solution I would consider doing is starting an organization named WATF meaning We Are The Future, and it’s for college students with jobs and without jobs but I wouldn’t have it for just college students. I would have it for the upcoming college students also, and for the students that have children to care for.
