Reflective practice allows us to support the children further - if we have concerns about how a session went we can refer back and work out what we could have done differently. For example, support staff may have used one resource and found it useful and then choose it again with another child. It helps to have something as an aim and with job satisfaction. Reflective practise is beneficial as it:
• Allows us an objective to look at our practice in order to improve,
