Therapy is a beneficial partial practice that can work wonders when enforced correctly. The therapy can be used to rehabilitate, redirect, and reform the repeat delinquent behaviors. Rehabilitation includes identifying the problem(s), and talking through them. Being able to talk about an issue may be alleviating to certain people, because everyone does not have the opportunity to talk to someone trusting and get things off their chest. Redirecting a problem helps because it can model different forms of finding moral alternatives to offending or misconduct in general. This may be the tougher aspect of the therapy because as some say, bad habits are hard to stop when a person is so used to that particular habit. Reforming is almost the “out with the old, and in with the new” stage. It helps improve all that is corrupt beginning with self-improvement, then choice improvement, and ends with environmental improvement. Therapy has so much depth to it, and is a great evidence-based policy. It is up to the agencies functioning with those who they are concerned with to use the practice.

They can want the help, but do not know how to receive it well. The treatment can be put into place to help with the processes within therapy, or after therapy is over. Some treatment programs may focus mainly on behavior, while others may focus on channeling positive energy in and outside of a troubled child. There is a program for everyone, because not many people have the same constant problems. Even though all of the treatment programs do not have the same focus, there is still cohesion among them collectively. Because the treatment programs are also evidence-based, it is also known that it will bring forth the results anticipated as far as finding a policy that works well for a lump sum of the troubled
