Learning about the Holocaust allows us to acknowledge the harsh reality of our past and move into the future without repeating these tyrannical and horrific acts. Seeing the pattern of manipulation and propaganda being infected in society, we can be more vigilant against the signs of it, and effectively make a stop to it before we repeat history. The Holocaust showed us the precise result of racism and antisemitism. It taught us valuable lessons such as everyone has equal value as humans, no matter the race, gender, or belief they have, they don’t have less or more rights than others. Equal rights and opportunities create a bright future, disregarding someone’s ethnicity, beliefs, race, and gender allows people to live in unity without conflict.
