In the essay that I wrote, “Am I a Writer,” I spoke of a few writers that I like to read about. Mark Twain, Virginia Woolf, and Barry Sadler are just a few that I have read since I started college. In this response paper, I am going to cover some of the mistakes that I made. How I am going to change my writing style, and improve my punctuations. With resources that I have on hand, I should be able to meet my goals that I have set forth for myself, in a possible writing career. In the instructor’s response of my graded essay that I had a lot of the comments that was given were that I need to work on; my thesis sentence in the first paragraph, lower and upper case words and when you use them. There is the Communications Resource Center (CRC) writing center, E-tutor.com, paperrater.com and multiple books; they can be obtained at the library or the bookstore. The CRC is a major resource for anyone that is in an English composition and writing course. The CRC center always has writing tutors on-site that can assist on helping you in preparing your essays for your courses. E-tutor and paperrater are websites that you can submit your essay for them to check it over and assist you in making changes for your essay. The CRC in my eyes is a little more user friendly because it is more personal and you can talk to one of the tutors to assist you and will point you in the right direction on what you are
