Being safe while driving is a must. The dangers you can put yourself and others in are too great of a risk. I was speeding and I was quickly taught my lesson. I had my license for only a month before I got my first speeding ticket. The hoops that I now have to jump through are annoying and unnecessary. If I didn’t make this stupid mistake in the first place I may not have learned my lesson. I could have unknowingly put others in harm in the future. I could not bare to lose any of the people I love to a mistake I made, and I understand that now. Failure is a form of achievement. I failed and got a speeding ticket but I learned a valuable lesson. That not all people on the road are safe drivers and that I shouldn’t contribute to that statistic.
