Teens and adults alike argue about it, saying whether it’s good or bad. I personally think that school for teens should definitely start after 8:30 am. Evidence even shows that school starting later for teens would have many benefits. First of all, school starting after 8:30 am would allow teens to get the right amount of sleep they need so they function better in school.
With teens functioning better, they get better grades, and they also have a better attitude, so kids will not be in such a i’m-a-zombie-go-away type of attitude.
When someone goes into their teen years, their biological clock gets a little messed up.
Teens will feel sleepy after 11 pm because of this. And when teens are sleepy, they are grumpy, lazy, and sassy.

This could even damage them in the future and possibly for life. Finally, parents that get their children up would have to get up at an early time. That creates a problem for some parents who have a tight work schedule and have to get up in the afternoon or anytime later on. It messes up a parents sleep schedule and could cause an issue when they get up for work because they could get up later than when they are supposed to get up. Then it could lead to a parent getting in trouble or could lead to the parent getting fired.
