With the constantly evolving world of technology, I feel that the skills needed to be successful in today's workforce have greatly changed. A lot of the skills that an individual needs today to be successful at a job are quite different than they were even fifteen years ago. People today not only need a good education, but also knowledge of current technologies, and an outgoing personality. All of these are quite important, simply because people spend most of their time using some form technology, which has also caused more people to become more introverted. One of the key elements to success in the workplace today is a good education. With the job market evolving, so quickly, the growing need for an education is at an all-time high. People cannot simply walk onto a job and learn while they go as so many of our parents did. Things in the workplace are moving quickly, you must have some sort of schooling or formal training to learn how to do these jobs. Lots of times, jobs will even require you to continue learning with courses and training throughout your employment. …show more content…
