Not every person experiences all the symptoms at once. Having this version of anxiety makes public speaking difficult. Sometimes when people have anxiety, they have sweaty palms, rapid heartbeat, and they even start to sweat a lot. When someone is having an anxiety attack to can tell when they start to stutter and sometimes they even pass out from hyperventilating. Sometimes I would feel like I was about to pass out but honestly all I needed to do was take a breath a wait a minute. I really get anxious when I have to talk to brand new people and that’s the most difficult part for me. When I see someone I want to be friends with I don’t end up saying anything because I feel like I’m going to say the wrong things so I just try to avoid
