Auto accidents, even small fender-benders, are traumatic. After all, there is a lot of force generated when your car hits—or is hit by—something. During minor accidents, many people do not notice any painful symptoms or injuries—at least until later, when the adrenaline has worn off.
If you do not feel any pain initially following the accident, that does not mean that you aren't injured. Your injuries may be hiding behind the adrenaline, or they may take some time to set in. Even if you feel fine, be sure to watch the signs for potential injuries.

• Fatigue
• Abnormal sleep patterns
A concussion may also cause other issues with the brain, including clouded thinking and the inability to process new information. If you begin to notice signs similar to a concussion, it is important you get to a doctor immediately—not just for your case, but also for your
