Research has shown that teenagers experience a change in their internal sleep clocks so that waking up early and going to sleep early are difficult should high school classes begin later in the day accommodate students natural sleep clocks? consider some disadvantages to starting school later in the day. I believe students should have classes later in the day because some kids don't get enough sleep at night. And some be staying up late at night with that being said, that would give them enough time to do classwork, testes, and quizzes too. For instance, some disadvantages to starting school late. Benefits to starting school later if some students have siblings they would be home before the teenagers get to school, they would have enough sleep and rest at night plus extra time to do there homework. For example in my opinion having school later would be perfect for me why because i can eat breakfast and take another nap and study some more the extra time i have to do so. I could also finish my chorus early and wouldn't have to do them when i get out of school early walk my dog etc. There's so much you could do with thin time. That's the good thing about it too. Another example give you a lot of time to think about things in general what you want to do after high school, what college you looking in to, I mean it gives you a good amount of time to do those things. You wouldn't want to waste your time doing nothing but sleeping. Some reasons I came in mind with where even though students would be starting school later. Don't give you a reason to take it for advantage. because the teachers etc are trying to make it better for us to learn and have enough rest to do things. with that being said waking up early i the morning students be tired so having school later gives just the right amount of time to
