Summarize the articles in your own words: This article is about women who have stopped working for a long time, and stay at home taking care of their children. Brooke Bleyl had a difficult time finding a job after she took ten years off to care for her children. This article also says that hiring a woman with a big gap of no work is less likely being hired than the women with no gap. Unfortunately, many women who are staying at home have more chances of finding discrimination in the hiring process. Also, many times women not hired because the employer believes that mothers will not be able to commit to their job as much if they are committed to their family. Even though stay home mother can teach you how to manage your time, and how to stay calm under a stressful situation.

Give your opinion on the issue or issues: In my opinion, there should be no preference or discrimination about stay home mother. In my case, I have not been working since 2008 because I got married and I stayed home with my children. At that time, I felt that I did not need to work, however; in 2012 I felt tired been a home mother because I realize that my children would grow, and I had not done anything in my professional life. So, then I realized that I would not be a stay home mother all my life, and that is when I decided to come back to school. I can proudly say that I took the right decision because I am happy with what I have been learning, for what I have achieved and for what I will accomplish. During this time in school and mother/wife, I learned how to manage my time, how to solve issues, and how to being under pressure because children are not easy, and it takes a lot of patience to deal with
