Workplace incivility is related to mental health, patient safety, reduced commitment and commitment to turnover, increased occupational stress, physical symptoms, and emotional weariness (Laschinger, Wong, Cummings & Grau, 2014). Secondly, incivility as bullying in workplace reflect a significant matter that involves a consideration. The act of bullying can be destructive and damaging to individuals and organizations. Ethical doctrines, dishonor and disloyalty that are discussed as related to bullying. The proposed method to end this incivility requires all health professionals to respect the quality of life (Backer, 2015). Then lastly, workplace incivility behaviors can negatively influence on various aspects of employee health, productivity, job satisfaction, turnover and commitment.
