Looking into Political issues, I found that guns are becoming a very big issue. According to Euro News there have been a total of two hundred and ninety one school shootings since 2013. As of January 1st, 2018 there have already been eighteen school shootings. On average that is about one school shooting per week, that sounds crazy to even think about it. Just recently there has been a Florida school shooting and killed seventeen people. It was one of the more deadly shootings that there ever was. With that said, as more elections happen people will be sure to hear there opinions on guns before voting for them, because it is now a big issue to be talk about. Its either going to be gun rights or gun control, and that can be determine on power of democrats or republicans depending on who the people of the United States vote for. However most of the support goes to gun rights as of right now through republicans and interest groups. In the future, there are still going to be so many guns that are not going to be sold through background checks, so any psycho person can get one. If they are able to get one easily why shouldn’t everyone get one in the future. A huge issue with gun control is that guns are sold in the streets, so it still will not put a stop to shootings, because if criminals know that people will not have a gun on them, then they will have a higher motif to shoot other people without being shot
