Cheer is a sport, 100%. Cheer is a sport because you can be in the gym seven times a week. Now I know you might say well, the time does not matter and you are right there. I will now tell you how it is a sport if you don't believe me. They also cheer in the Summer Olympics, which means that if it is in the Olympics, then it is a sport. A lot of people also think that cheer is just like pom pom cheer but it really is not, if you look up All Star Cheerleading then you will see what it really is. All star cheer is where you go to up to like 5 to 6 competitions a year they can be Vancouver or Niagara falls.

Number one, cheer is a sport because you can win bids to go to Florida. Cheer is also one of the most expensive sports. You have to pay for uniforms,shoes and then you have to pay for competitions,food, or the hotel. Your parents also have to pay to get into the competition. You might also want to get a rental car. Then if you miss a black out without telling the coaches then it is $25. You also have to pay for tumbling class and every month you have to pay. You also could miss school cheer competitions. You might also have to pay for the bus to get to the competitions.

Hockey and cheer are two different things, but at the same practice time. Cheer also involves learning new skills and throwing and catching people in the air. There is also this thing at Premier Academy where there is an open gym anybody can go to and people from your team might be there so you can do your routine stunts or do their routine there. You can also learn skills here. There is also stuff called daytime playtime for little kids and babies they can play there and have fun.Then say when you are at competition you can have team bonding with your friends and team and like make pins or do you cheer
