This is incredibly true for students who wake up super early without the sleep they need. This proves the impact more sleep can have on students. Since students aren't falling asleep in class as much, this means they are paying attention and also means our future is going to see more success. Another piece of evidence is that it is tough to learn, especially when you do not have enough sleep. As stated in the article titled, “10 Reasons Why Schools Should Start Later,” it says, “studies showed that an extra hour of sleep increased attention levels of adolescents” (Drew).
